Horrible experience
No parking despite being securely assured of the same
Lack of concern and initiative by staff at reception
AC wasn't functional in an AC room
The sign board on the main road said Naveed residencies and the Oyo townhouse signboard was in the lest hand gully

Cleanliness really stood out during my stay. I appreciate when places clearly take pride in keeping things tidy. It made me feel comfortable right away. The lighting, bed, and room temperature were all just right. I didn’t want anything more from a short trip.

basically, no room service during 9 pm.
torn bedsheets provided, no one was there to change the bedsheets. receptionist had to do all things
all switch boards burnt
bathroom was okay
no ac remote
