The room was dark with minimum light even though they bathroom had 1 small tube light,, receptionist was not even bothering to help us, there was no room service...

Recently stayed at Townhouse Arcot and had a mixed experience. The rooms themselves were quite good, spacious and well-furnished, but the overall service left much to be desired.
One of the biggest letdowns was that the rooms weren’t ready despite our late arrival. After a long journey, the last thing you want is to wait for your room to be prepared.
