Sir i have booked 2 rooms and requested to block 2 rooms road side , reaching hotel in some time,
Management refused to block rooms though he said that rooms are available roadside, i have paid full amount and my booking from 12:00 pm has started even then management saying that they will allot when we reach , language of the manager is worst ,
Pls help
I called them to confirm the booking,
On first instance he refused my booking
