The images were different from what they showed beds were stained, staff behaviour was not good, checked out after 10 mins of the check-in, very bad experience not safe for any age group, why do PPL register these kind of 3rd grade hotels as 3 ⭐ hotels

it's a worst hotel i ever stayed. I am a regular traveller and every time I book my hotel room through Goibibo... the staff was ruthless, while I asked them for extra bed.. there was no towel given by them. no soap and shampoo given. guy in reception and his local friends were fully drunk. waste hotel.. don't go there for stay.. locality is also in a worst area.

wtf why u PPL register this kind of 3rd grade hotels as 3⭐ hotels, it doesn't have minimum cleanliness and hygiene, staff were rude and looking shady.

No room service. Even coffee, tea not available. The property is located in residential/colleges/hospitals area. So minimal room service is must.

No room service. No restaurant or service avlbl. Rooms are neat and clean. But from reception, they are switching off the a/c without our knowledge.

Very good hotel room and location very convenient for railway station. Reasonable distance from other places. Nice sofa type seat plus 2 cushioned chairs plus 2 tables, 1 small and 1 large. Mini fridge also available. Equipped with ac and geyser. also couple of hangers and a clothes hanging rack.So fully equipped.
Small minus points few. Tv there but no channel subscriptions. Toilet seat broken.
