TERRIBLE ! the name here as super townhouse is not the real one... the real name of the hotel is nirmal palace... that hotel has far less rating with a very bad criticism about its cleanliness, accomodation, facilities...etc... The staff was pretty arrogant and unhelpful...The room was very dirty... the bed was only arranged properly but there were hairs of previous guests... the toilet seat was broken... the room smelled too...When we complained about the toilet seat, the person at the recep ...more
