This is near Medavakkam Jayachandran but bit interior. Good for single male or students but families might not feel comfortable. maintenance could have been better.

Incorrect location, unhygienic rooms and average service. If you search on google maps to get the location, you are sent to a location which is around 4 kms away. Search for "Hotel Lotels Serviced Appartments" instead. Like me, if you are figuring these out late in the night, it is easy to get stressed out especially since the call centre is hard to get through and reach to the hotel number. Also, you won't find toiletries, towels, etc at the hotel. Rooms are dirty and appartment is in the middle of a residential locality. You need to run around long distances to find an eatery.
