Hotel BB Grand Agra was not good at all...ac was not working i requested the hotel staff to change the room then he denied..even though the hotel room was not occupied....whole night even in the night when I was sleeping then some one came to my room to steal purpose. when I complained to the hotel manager to check the cctv camera then he denied.
