No hot water kettle,non operational tv,no towel, no toilettories, dirty bedsheet and pillow cover with red stains of u know what, wifi only if u have rooms near to reception, no complementary water bottles nor any water purifier, no complimentary breakfast provided as mentioned upon booking. Breakfast was not provided. Kindly initiate Refund for the same for both days. They don't have kitchen inhouse nor got tied up with any nearby hotel for the Breakfast.

This hotel is perfect for pet owners. The staff made our dog feel welcome with a bed, treats, and a water bowl in our room. There’s a lovely park nearby for walks, and the hotel has designated pet-friendly rooms.

no complimentary breakfast was provided, hot water was delayed and did not come on the geyser for up to 1 hour upon request, and the bed sheets were dirty but not changed even after being requested.

The bathroom was fine, with a clean toilet and shower. There's also a daily cleaning schedule for the bathroom. Pest-free.
