Restaurant response is very poor,no hot water in washroom & water leakage in room 104,poor response from reception & commercial minds at billing. asks for 2 IDs of same person which unnecessarily disturbs guests for their peaceful stay. earlier also faced relevant issues & no change in staff's behaviour. Must change for betterment

very clean rooms nice experience with the hotel. I'm staying here for the second time. The washroom is also very clean and comfortable.
But the check-in time is not good.
Every time I pay an extra 500 for early check-in.

initiate ac issue sorted by goibibo well and room shifted , rooms are spacious and clean and staff attitude is very good and location is a huge bonus for stay in hyderabad
