in my plan breakfast was included but the staff clearly denied.
i request to refund the difference in amount.
i had spoken to some executive from goibibohe said he is talking to hotel staff n will get back to me but he did not.
the staff was very unsupportive, morning checkout time no one at reception , we just had to inform on phone.

the rooms were not clean and the bedding was also not changed next day the staff people were under the influence of some drug or alcohol

check in was ok. room is not clean.bathoom is too small. bucket in the bathroom was leaking.
there was no active recharge plan for Television.
there is no kitchen. no food available. Room service not there.

My stay at this hotel was wonderful. The check-in process was smooth, the room was spacious and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly attentive. Everything was perfect, and I would love to return soon.

Family-friendly and fantastic! The hotel was perfect for our family. The kids’ club kept our children busy, and the family activities were a hit. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast buffet offered delicious options. Highly recommend for family vacations!
