asking extra money during checkin, very rude and worst staff behaviour. ruined a good and wasted plenty of our time
we are very late for our workshop.. i refused to pay extra 500 so they made us wait and refused to talk nicely

it was bad experience right from day one..first when I wanted to see the rooms before checkin the receptionist said all rooms full to come next day..I made payment and went to check in the other day..the receptionist asked me to pay extra and he was very rude and unprofessional in his approach..I told him I have made payment already for which he said that it's not updated and if u want to stay in our hotel u need to pay..no options left i paid and checked in..below are my experiences.1. first th ...more
