The name is fancy but the place is pathetic.
1) I found bed bug in my bed.
2) The room was sticking With Cig smell
3) No TV available. it's only in Hotel pictures to fool you.
4) A/C has broken wings and the temperature is not visible on AC.
5) The basic amenity like water bottle is also chargeable of 20 Rs each.
6) No Toiletries available in the Hotel ( soap, Brush, paste).
7) No foot mat outside washroom. there is a chance that you might slip due to wet legs and door mat and fall off.

The place has huge hygiene issues. The property has huge water issues. Sometimes they say water is being put into storage tank by tankers and when the storage tank is full the water doesn't come into toilet either due to plumbing issue or issue in their washbasin and flush. As mentioned at the time of booking, they didn't provide complimentary water. Their washing of linen is not hygenic as I got rashes and itches while using them. The lift and lobby areas seem to be not cleaned since very long.

the hotel staff was so arrogant,they don't even have some professionalism the atmosphere is chaotic, the booking was included with Breakfast and they denied and said they are not serving and refused to give a water bottle also. the room was worst everywhere we can see the dust,I asked them to change the room as it wasn't the same as it looked while booking.the washroom doesn't even had a bolt or lock and the flush...the bed was ridiculous and we slept on the floor due to heavy noise.how can somebody give a room like this..

Very bad. No water in flush, towels not provided, no water bottle, rooms not clean. No floor mat, no hanger.
