no electricity, had to climb 7 floors. no cancel option or call customer service option. very disappointing. provide compensation for discomfort.

worst experience . the price at which we booked was less so they provided non AC room they told us that if we want AC room then we have to pay extra for that . Even we checked in late than also room was not ready . bed sheet was not clean . the reception staff is also not cooperative . we told that that was not mention that we will non get AC room . even they don't provide bisleri bottel.

location is wrong in google maps , search "Ashwamegh complex " and thn you will reach,. Hotel is not bad .
