There was issue with hot water as they are still using old system. Wastage of lot of water to get hot water.

Worst Hotel. Dark & Dirty rooms. Feel like dust every where. No hot water in the morning. Bathroom is not proper. Bath towels and napkins are just too old and very hard for skin. Staff is polite and co-operative. Food severed in the room was tasty. There was no hot water in our room and staff arranged another room in the morning just for bath, we feel like we are in some guest house. Very bad and poor experience

Decent hotel, value for money. There is always chance for improvement. Structure getting bit old can work upon the same. Location is good specially for people coming at IRMA.

Good Staff with immediate response, Parking space available back of Hotel not in the Hotel (street) but with security. Easy accessible location.
