the staff were good. restaurant food and breakfast buffet was decent. the room had some small cockroaches. the ac was not easy to operate.

The worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Never ever stay in this hotel. Very very dirty rooms very unhygienic simply the worst. And the service by the staff was also unprofessional. Don’t even deserve one star.

felt bad to choose the hotel waste of money phone, television, not working, food not upto the expected taste, complimentary breakfast tasty was better but no. of items are just 4 only seems like to wipe our tears whatever you ask answer was simply no. just eat whatever is available and get out. staff behavior was in such a way.
