*horrible experience – not recommended at all!*
one of the worst hotel stays i've had. the bedsheets and blankets were dirty, the washroom smelled awful, and the entire room was full of dust. it was clearly not cleaned before our arrival. there was *no room service*, and the *intercom wasn’t working* either.
to make things worse, the person at the front desk was extremely rude. even though the hotel was 90% empty, they *refused a late checkout* unless we paid extra.

I really do not know how this hotel as such a great ratings which mis lead to kr as well. And also has star catagory.
It's just a norma hotel with nothing as such. Base catagory rooms are pathetic. I requested a bigger room and i have allotted the sane after so much if request and oaid extra money.
The room was good but used sanitary napkins found near basin. Upon informing to front desk also .. he refused to come and see as it was around 12:30 am.

Reviews- hotel is very dirty. Used bedsheets and blankets were provided. There were spots of lipstick and dirt on bed sheet. Also the hotel is not safe for children . no grills were there on windows ,child call fall down easily. Also bathroom was very dirty with bad smell. Asked the hotel boy to change the bedsheets and clean the bathroom but they had no new bedsheets and blankets. We planned to stay there for 2 days but somehow we spent 1 night and left the hotel.
