suraj and suraj grand are two different hotels. pls check which one you are booking. hotel suraj is old hotel and you may get for less price compared to suraj grand. spacious rooms but have that old hotel smell.

1. Room maintenance is worst.2. Exhaust fan is not working in washroom.3. There is foul smell coming from washroom whenever you flush.4. Pipes are jammed and water is not sinking in wash basin.5. There is no use of keycard.6. Didn't dare to turn on tv as the cable is already disconnected and no remote. i am was sure it will not work.7. They didn't mentioned any number to call room service/reception, so i had to go out and buy water bottle.8. There are complete restrictions for guests. This is co ...more

The have two hotels in the locality. Our room was booked at hotel Suraj . But they asked us to go to Suraj grand . Rooms were clean . Washrooms need Maintanance.
