This is the worst experience ever , dirty yellow towels, bathroom systan not working, loose door handles, poor room service, shortage of water, the taps were not working proper and the water in washroom was going again and again.I have paid for one room and its not a small amount , still the services were not upto the mark.The location of the hotel is good but apart from they need to work more on their services, the word resort doesnt suits

room are super small and room have foul smell. worst room experience. bed is broken. made our stay hell as they don't have room kettle in hotel. bed is sting smell. please don't come with family. totally worst experience and plz don't come with family they have worst room i ever stay in such category hotel.

I booked 3 Rooms for 2 nights which were extremely cold. Although heaters were provided on request which were chargeable. Also the heaters were not powerful enough to heat up the rooms. There were no toilet papers and towels in two of the washrooms which were provided when we asked hotel staff. There was no mineral water in any of the rooms which was provided only when we asked on the first day. Hotel was Ok Ok. it can be improved.
charges are High wrt facilities.
heater charges are extra.
Deluxe room size is very small.

we were on the way, we called them to inform that we are reaching by 2:00 pm , please do keep the room ready ...the next thing what we heard was a shock.... they said sorry sir , we have no booking of yours, we told them every detail, booking id And all ,,, they said sorry we don't have rooms available.I was with my wife, our 4 month old baby and dog...they said, we have upgraded your room.when we reached the rooms were so smelly and dirty.

Stay was very poor and unexpected. There was no heater facility in rooms and drinking water one single bottle was chargeable. Food quality was very poor.

The resort is quite far from the Mall road. The manager was kind enough to upgrade my room as the classic room which I chose was too small for 3 of us including my daughter. hence thanks to the management.
There was electric failure in the resort whole night hence stay was not quite good but as we were stuck at the Mall road which is 10 km far because of the snow fall, my luggage was in resort and we weren't able to reach back to resort. we requested them if they can leave my luggage as we had ...more

No food was provided even after talking to staff as they said kitchen is closed, even after talking to support they did not provide any food,rooms were not good even complained about it to support.
