I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was extremely poor — there was no one at the counter during check-in, which made the process very frustrating. The restaurant service was equally slow; even though I was the only guest, it took over an hour to get my order. It was clear that there was only one staff member handling everything, which led to delays. On the positive side, the hotel is great for meetings and conferences, and the rooms are spacious. However, I would not recommend this hotel for families due to the lack of efficient service.

About my stay at the Hotel Surendra Trident . The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, and I enjoyed the delicious breakfast they offered. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
