TV was not recharged and the management said this will take a day which I can't understand.
A welcome drink is there but not offered by anyone.
housekeeping is a big issue there was no hanger in the wardrobe after requested.

Room looks premium, all amenities present but soap & shampoo is very cheap quality, washroom is clean & less-hygienic, have some stains. Less varieties in breakfast buffet but food is tasty, ravi from restaurant is very quick to serve. quick room service, parking is in open. Hotel need some Morden renovation. overall nice experience . I recommend everybody to stay at this hotel.

management and housekeeping have no inter communication about the booking. the room consumable amenities for a single occupancy and triple occupancy are same. you have to keep calling for the consumables frequently as the replenishment is also limited. the rooms have no place for air circulation no windows or balcony which makes you suffocating. the rooms have centralized heating and cooling which is also not functional properly though you have control in rooms.so please do not book such hotel ...more

Pathetic experience first day there was a lot a lot if noise of ac n other construction work going on ij the building totally sleepless night next was more horible as ac was not cooling on calling reception they are like all are on heat mode open the gate n sleep like pathetic

Didn't really like my stay in the Hotel this time around. I had a King bed room reserved and I got was single bed combined and the combined bed had separate mattress which caused a lot of irritation. Also there was a lot of noise from the upper floors throughout the stay.
