not provided ac room, although mentioned during booking time. rooms were dirty especially the bathroom.
the approach road to the hotel was very bad with lots of potholes. it was quite away from the white desert.
i feel we have been cheated.
goibibo must refund an appropriate amount since the room was not having ac.

very good stay in the rann of kutch. it is much more economical to stay here than inside the tent city. all facilities are there, including a cultural performance and garba in the night. we had choosen the lowst category of rooms and even they were clean and comfortable. plaster was coming off the walls of the bathroom since it's a traditional mud hut so 1 star less.food service was also really good

the place is good and completely village experience. all options are there from premium cottage, swiss tent, family cottage and bhunga. the location is somewhat inside from the main road, otherwise it is very good.

It's ok for one night stay with village feeling but if you are looking for luxury then may not be the right choice. Limited options in food and mostly you'll need to take buffet as ala carte order in dinner would be taken after 10 PM post buffet as was informed by front manager.

1. poor service and cleanliness
"my experience at surkhab resort was highly disappointing. the service was painfully slow, and the staff seemed indifferent to guests' needs. the rooms were far from clean—dusty surfaces, unwashed linens, and dirty bathrooms made the stay unpleasant. i would not recommend this place to anyone expecting basic hygiene."
