Property people denied to check in i called many times customer care to resolve the issue.. But no one was serious about my issue.. So i took other property and my amount has to be refund as soon as possible

Not value for money better to take alternative hotels for same price, phone not working, tv not working, bathroom is not clean etc ..

bad smell in room
it is very small room
not worth for money
there is no printed bill from hotel......
they are providing another hotel bill if we required GST bill...

we order one hotel, they have gave me another dirty hotel. by telling booked hotel is full. if it is full why they confirm a booking? full mosquitos, no water, dust in rooms.
