The person at the table did not explain anything about the speed dial on room phone for calling the hotel desk, TV was not working, bathroom tap was not working, I was provided a room in the corner of the lobby, other rooms were probably good. Just because I changed my check-in time from 6 am in the morning to 11 pm same night (11-hours) still i had paid for 24 hours and I had also talked on call with hotel manager twice and he said it was no problem, still when I went there he acted as if he didn't know it and talked roughly but finally agreed and then gave me at the end of room, very poor.

Hotel is good compared to a place like Banswara which is not of that much of attraction. Food should be more hygienically prepared. This is one major issue. Staff behaviour is good. Room and bathroom is good.

Great Experience with Surya palace, calen room and if you go with non ac room they provide cooler also and that restaurant food is awesome and budget friendly.
