1. Frequently power cut problem at city still no generator power backup available at hotel .
2. Geyser can't be put-on by switch available in room , connection disconnected so no hot water available.
3. Intercom is not working in room.
4. Food deliver in room unhygienic way no proper cover protection given .

the hotel is not so cooperative during the stay.not providing towels for 2nd person.even if toiletries is not extending to second guest.

Very bad experience. The receptionist's behavior is worse I have ever seen in my life. He doesn't know how to behave properly. Parking experience is the worse I have seen in my entire life. Very few staff's behavior is good. Overall experience is bad. I don't recommend anyone to book this hotel. 😖

It is located at the central place that is near the market. It is clean with every respect. Food items need a lot of correction.

This wasn't my first stay here. But this is my last stay. I booked rooms for three people (with an extra bed) - I was travelling with my mom and dad. It wasn't their first stay either, first after COVID, for sure. The hotel is what is shown in pictures and even better infrastructure-wise. The access and parking are good too. However, service and maintenance are in bad shape. There's missing management in the hotel. If you happen to stay overnight, this may fit in with zero expectations, but then ...more

Worst hotel. I asked several times to provide wifi password but they didn't, bed sheet was not clean, TV was not recharged and they didn't do after my request also, shower was not working, food was tasteless, after getting g angry they came to clean room, they took 20mins to give tea. I'll not recommend anyone

Hotel is not located in prime location, no place for parking. Room cost is very high and staff, specially the manager is not cooperative. Food quality is not good and expensive. Electricity cut is often faced and hotel did not switched on the generator. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

One of a fine hotel in the middle of main market of Dumka. The staffs are well behaved and professional. The rooms are neat and clean. A girl is there who is always busy in cleaning the stairs and passage. Mr. Sitio Murmu, Manager of the hotel is very hospitable.
