We checked into a room with a dirty washroom and dirty bedsheets. We asked the hotel people to clean the toilet and change the bedsheets. They changed the room and said that's the only option we have and there is no room service until the next morning. Flush worked once and took a lot of time for a second flush. The mugs were dirty so we had to use the shower only. We made sure we didn't touch any of the surfaces inside the washroom as it was no less than a train toilet/washroom. Very high price ...more
