hotel service was good... location near central of city..... rooms were clean and bathrooms also clean. only restaurant was not there.... rest all were good..... nice stay.

Pathetic Environment, very rude owner of the hotel. Just because we had paid in advance we had no option to change the hotel. The hotel is on the 1st floor but they don't allow us to use the elevator from the ground floor. Even after we asked the hotel management to carry our bags to our rooms they said its not our job, same answer while we checked out. though our checkout time was at 10 onwards the owner started shouting at 9 saying vacate the room as u have booked, we have customers waiting to ...more

Decent hotel with clean rooms. Very courteous owner and staff. Located near Gulab Bagh with all sort of foods option available in vicinity.

It was a great experience staying there. services were good and staff was also very cooperative However they were charging extra for early check in which I think everyone demands and also during checkout first they denied to keep the luggage in cloak room but later on they kept the luggage. Overall it was a good experience stating there. Room was neat and clean.

rooms were very small as compared to what was shown in the pictures there were electricity cuts toilet seats were broken. they took 1 whole day to get it repaired tv and landline were not working
