Resort is new. their is annoying sound from upper floor as it is made up of wood. you will hardly get proper sleep. another issue is electricity. i don't know why but you can't on AC and geyser at a time so comfort for one make discomfort for another. small things like toilet paper, toothpaste, night lamp, clock are missing. food is costly and not so good from ground floor their is no direct view of sea. discomfort of annoying wooden sound as people walk on upper floor. whole resort shakes as people walk. you hardly get sleep.
