overall experience remains very bad, i order something from my room and they hearing wrong and order not matching with my order, this all due to poor voice quality in intercom, infact room service is good and food quality also good ,

It's an amazing stayRooms were clean and checkin was smooth..reached in midnight and didn't have any issues with checkin and everything was properly managed.liked the hotel location and customer service..very pleasant stay..I would suggest the same for families going to Una..Hotel is not far from the market and easy to commute..It's good place for families.Hotel staff was courteous
