good amenities,well behaviour of staff and prompt action taken by them for any fault,foods are good
South Indian foods like Dosa, Idlee missing at restro.Bathroom tiles are very slippery.....they should be altered with rough tiles( bathroom tiles ) and supporting handal should be fixed in front of commode for older people

Had a very satisfying stay at Suvidha, Dumka. Very courteous, cordial and caring staff. Room service excellent. Food from their associated restaurant is of very good quality. I recommend this hotel highly. It is great value for money.
