Dirty room and not all mentioned amenities available, rude service persons. Not worth it for the amount they charge. Overall one of the worst experience i had ever.

hotel force me to pay extra at checkout that the room they gave was different from the room booked... this is a very below upto mark hospitality. I had a booking and hotel gave me a room. how on earth would I be responsible for that. this is a terrible behaviour and unacceptable.... poorly trained hotel staff . good is expensive without any quality. room too was not that good. poor linen . old bedsheets and terrible towels. I will not reccomend as they are only money mongers and don't have an atom of sense about hospitality.

Hotel looks magnificent from outside...Restaurant ambience is superb...However, the rooms and bathroom are not clean. Deluxe rooms are very small..Go for Premium rooms.
