Rooms are compact and size are small than actual Rooms ambience is good. Hotel service need to be improve. Do carry the drinking water with you.

- TV WAS NOT WORKING - WATER BLOCKING IN GROUND AREA FOR PARKING - ROOMS WERE DIRTY - NO TOWEL OR TOILETORIES - ROOMS WERE SMALL - NO CHAIR OR SOFA AS DESCRIBED IN PHOTO - VERY POOR SERVICE - LOCKS WERE NOT FUNCTIONING - AC WAS NOT PROPER WORKING AND FINS ALSO WERE BROCKED - CURTAINS CONTROL WAS NOT WORKING - NOT WORTHFUL FOR MONEY

hotel location is far from city center. check in time is odd and staff is not much cooperative, rooms are not ready on time even at 3 PM. room service is at poorest. do check before entering room as there tv , room lock and showers are not working. rooms are very small and compact one. overall average hotel for one day stay.

the staff at the counter is very courteous, everyone interior and corridor clean and feeling luxury hotel I stayed second time but whenever I will be visiting Jamnagar I'll be staying in this hotel only
