Pool was under maintenance. The power was disrupted a few times leaving us with no lights or air conditioning. Toiletries were not maintained, found rust in the shaving kit that was provided. Other than these issues the room was good. It did feel like a heritage place. Staff were helpful. Just felt that such a nice place could have been maintained better.

Proactiveness and promptness missing in the service from staff be it on reception or at pool or in restaurant, this is big reason you don't feel the warmth as guest especially from 5 star property. other aspects around room size, cleanliness, food, breakfast spread all are good.

Very nice property. Room was good. Restaurant was fine. Housekeeping Service and Reception was good.
Food service in restaurant needs improvement. Asked for Bread and juice. Was not served. Restaurant was not at all crowded.
The coffee cups in the room had stains.
Overall a good experience. If food service and Housekeeping cleaning of rooms are improved it would be great. Considering the rates, they definitely need to be improved
