bakwas hotel hai... (location mall rood se 2 Km dur hai..) aur likh rkha hai 500 mitar jhut likh rkha hai...

You can measure the distance from Hotel Swan to mall road its hardly 500 meters. Kindly check before you write a review

Its nice hotel to stay.. I had a comfortable stay in this hotel. They managed to had a good service and hospitality. Overall a good option to stay.

The hotel is filthy with filthy rooms. The room service takes almost an hour to arrive and two hours to fetch you anything you order. The manager is arrogant and blatantly says he is serving 200+ customers and doesnt care for our problems. I would sincerely not recommend this place to anyone. Do not let this hotel spoil your wonderful time at manali.

Stay in this hotel was very nice and service is really appreciable. Location too is comfortable to reach. Staff was cooperative. Overall there was nothing reprehensible about this hotel. Got a nice time in this hotel.
