Overall I am girl solo traveller..The place are clean and comfy..The staff were polite especially the receptionist..The room where i stay is a bit noisy for me also i am light sleeper and bf are not served in room otherwise everthing is fine for me..

i usually stay in sanwara hotel in dhakoli but it was my bad luck that there was no room vacant on that day , so i booked 2 rooms in swan hotel . in matter of cleanines the hotel is zero . i had some issue regarding the free beakfast which was offered with one room only , i thought it was with both rooms . the hotel staff today me that i had to pay extra for 2 beakfast both for myself and my husband , my sons breakfast was free . iwant to mention that before having breakfast i had inquired from ...more

Food was very good.The ambience is good.There should be a separate smoking area as there was a lot of smell due to the smoke.We were there for only 1 night so didn't require much hospitality..Wifi speed works good which is a complimentary.Overall the stay was good apart from the smoke smell
