Hotel management attitude, not follow payment, demanded extra bed charges though mentioned at the time of booking. parking space issue.

it was wrost experience in this hotel and there is no room service and bath room are dirty and room also dirty and there is proper behaviour and AC also not working.
Receptionist and the staff behaviour is rude and we have called for room service and the hotel didn't listen and we have stayed within the dirty room and dirty clothes and no bath towels are provided.
I am not recommend this hotel for future stay and which is not hydenic and RUDE behaviour staff.

The hotel on arrival says no rooms available. I had to sit for 4 hrs to get a room. Today, booked a room for another individual same thing happened , said no rooms available. They want to sell room for higher prices and dont want to give to bookings. They expect to cancel the booking. Very bad experience
