ac did not work in the room. room had no fan. no complimentary water bottle. tap fitting in the bathroom was not functioning properly. pathetic experience

room are neat and clean but there cockroaches came from bathroom...and smell from bathroom and bathroom are sticky... I book ac room but ac not working properly and no fan room for options .

my stay in swarna paradise was average mainly the location included a bar so not okay for family's and room was spacious i was in second floor and room was decent clean enough but obviously cockroaches were there bathroom ceiling could have been maintained properly otherwise a good stay next to railway station

Nice hotel, walking distance from the railway station. To roam in the city walking distance is a bus stand which almost goes everywhere. You shall bargain with local autos they will come down in price. Nice bed, spacious big room, clean toilet, AC works perfectly well big windows for ventilation, recommend this hotel.

Average stay.
Don't expect too much.
They didn't provided towel, even after asking 3 times..they just said laundry issue sir, it will come.. but eventually never came.
Wifi password they lied on face, it was incorrect even when i asked the person on reception to put it on my mobile.. he just did somthing and said go to room now, there it will work.. but it was a clear lie and it just always showed incorrect password.
Coming to soap and other promised things, it is very basic or not available at ...more

an Average place in a good location...don't expect much. The rooms are big, excellent connectivity, food options in and around are plenty, parking space ample. rooms are average.
