the hotel was good.... I have visited this hotel after two years. this is now horrible... AC is not working in any room.... the lift is also not working.

-rooms are not like as given in brochure while booking
-very much conjusted
bedsheet & pillow cover is dirty
after request also not changed
giving excuses by recipient/ care taker
-lack of knowledge about caretaker/ recipient/ overall incharge
situation of room is very much pathetic- walls broken
wall discolored
strains on bedsheet

Stay was comfortable. The room was hygienic and tidy plus the location is good. Amenity kit was provided to us on day 1 and check-in check-out was smooth. Although room service times were delayed and food prices were a bit high for the quantity and quality. o
Overall nice play to stay.

The stay was average, nothing value-for-money. The problem is the behaviour of the owner. when my sister and brother asked if they could keep the keys with them while going nearby, citing the reason that they had valuable items (laptops, tablets, etc.) in the room, the owner was rude to them about not letting them keep the keys. Nothing as such was mentioned in the property policy and when my sister asked him to stop being rude, he was more enraged.
It takes more than just a somewhat good hotel to stay in business. Civil behaviour goes a long way.

my room is right next to the reception, the hotel is located a bit away from the main road, but walkable. the staff is nice, well decorated, but I wished I had a table.

Enjoyed stay at Swasti Deep guest house. Nice guest treatment, nice food as per our need and taste. In time service, hot water facility for bathing and drinking adds positive marks to its qualifications for a quality stay.
Choose this if you visit Agartala any time.
