In terms of cost too expensive. If they charge around 2000 then its okay. The room had balcony facing road, which was bad. Try rooms towards valley side. In bathroom hot water was not working. Hotel manager and staff were good. Almost 2 km from the statue of shiva and around 3 km from main khajjiar ground. I wld rate okay kind of hotel.

Hotel is 2 km far from khajjiar. Property is good and well maintained and the view from hotel is awesome. Hotel staff is friendly food is also good. The only problem we face is they took quite long time in preparing food. All other things are good.

very bad hotel and very poor service.. I wish i could get my money back.. i would prefer to stay in jungle instead.. my bad luck..

Experience was good but in any of the room of this hotel no intercom facility was not available this was the only concern rest the things were fine enough. Hotel is suitable for families. The location of the hotel is good. All in all it was a good experience.

Don't go with the name of this hotel, it is mere a normal hotel with over priced room tariffs. Location of this hotel is 2 KM away from Khajjiar ground. The cleanliness of the room was fine but we got some issues: - Phone wasn't working, so everytime we have had to call staff, someone had to go downstairs and ask the staff. - In washroom pot and washbasin was leaking. Asked the staff but they couldn't help. - They are understaffed, we got very slow service. Bottom line, this hotel is not worth spending 3000-4000 bucks. If you are getting any deal below 2000 per night then its OKAY.

most of the time there is no electricity in the rooms because they don't have power back up so we are unable to charge our phone and camera and room was dirty and room location from main khajjiar ground is about 1.5 km there is no vehicle facility by hotel so you have to hire taxi or walk for 1/2 hour.....

1. no electricity 2. no water for bathing 3. intercom facility damaged 4. no proper room service 5. receptionist says he's not comfortable with online booking so no proper management. 6. the worst part was that we had booked 3 rooms but when we reached our hotel the receptionist said that the booking was only for one room and you'll have to manage wid that as no rooms were available and shifted us to the hotel beside this hotel. 7. the worst hotel i ever booked. 8. the only good part of this hot ...more
