The hotel was good . The rooms were also nice but Service is really pathetic. They have shown in the room details that every room has a refrigerator but it was not there. Also Neither they clean our rooms on daily basis nor they provide us Tea-coffee stuffs and all. The hotel needs to improve their service for this high Staying cost.

They also don't Have toilet slippers.

Major Drawback is no ventilation or Ac duct in toilet you have to open washroom door for clear Bad odor

Awesome hotel, courteous and friendly staff, clean and nice rooms, loved the balcony view, underground parking with security guard, away from the bustle of the market but near to bus stand, all amenities available.

the parking slot was allotted for cooking so we have to park outside and upon request they made arrangements to park inside. only north indian food available. no option to lock room from inside. one guy entered our room using common hotel key. delay in room services. good things pretty good room for a family, extra bed was provided for the kid free of cost. location is also good as area near temple is way too crowded. the reception staff were very good and helpful. the rest i think they hired the staff with lowest possible wages.
