Had an amazing experience! The hotel offers a perfect mix of luxury and comfort. Rooms are spacious, clean, and very well maintained. The ambiance is peaceful, making it ideal for couples. Staff is extremely polite and attentive, ensuring a warm and welcoming stay. Food was excellent with multiple dining options, and the breakfast spread was delightful. Location is prime yet calm, making it convenient to explore Hyderabad. Overall, a wonderful stay for couples looking for comfort, privacy, and top-class hospitality.

Pretty average experience. Cant be rated as a Taj experience. I even got throat infection which i normally get if the ac duct is not cleaned or disinfected. They said it is a renovated room. But i really doubt going by the standards Quality of room, hygiene

They have to improve their engineering department, it was very embarrassing for me to complain 4 times in 3 night stay and request to repair the battery for their gym cycle, which would cost a few rupees, I have volunteered to get it repaired, the front office, the reception and the gym trainer need to be counseled to see that matter as trivia as a battery can't be allowed to be a matter of concern to the visiting guest. Heights of Hospitality ! Thats what the TAJ is knowned for. Each & every staff is very courteous & polite. Rooms are huge with all the necessities available. Food is very delicious at ARENA. Would highly recommend for stay at TAJ DECCAN if you are in hyderabad.
