overall it was great to be in taj deccan. it was my birthday and the staff took great care of my family. few new folks make things messy but we have few sr.people who were able to fix it

Pretty average experience. Cant be rated as a Taj experience. I even got throat infection which i normally get if the ac duct is not cleaned or disinfected. They said it is a renovated room. But i really doubt going by the standards Quality of room, hygiene

They have to improve their engineering department, it was very embarrassing for me to complain 4 times in 3 night stay and request to repair the battery for their gym cycle, which would cost a few rupees, I have volunteered to get it repaired, the front office, the reception and the gym trainer need to be counseled to see that matter as trivia as a battery can't be allowed to be a matter of concern to the visiting guest. “had a wonderful stay! the hotel was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and a lovely atmosphere. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. truly enjoyed the experience and would definitely stay here again!”

Heights of Hospitality ! Thats what the TAJ is knowned for. Each & every staff is very courteous & polite. Rooms are huge with all the necessities available. Food is very delicious at ARENA. Would highly recommend for stay at TAJ DECCAN if you are in hyderabad.
