We had booked a double deluxe room at the hotel. However, upon reaching the hotel, we were informed that the room was already booked and that the three of us would have to adjust to a single bed. We were charged for an extra room, but we didn't receive the room, and no refund was made either.
Furthermore, both the rooms were flooded with water leaking from the AC. In addition to this, there were no locks in the washroom.
