The stay was not good…the quilt they provided was nothing but only a sheet with some stuff that was unable to give warmth in such cold weather. The room they provided was in front of toilet area.

Rooms are very small with smell. no hot water in such a cold weather. staff not as cooperative. Only the location of the hotel is good nothing else. heavily priced rooms. will not consider staying here again.

It was a very bad stay at the hotel. The only plus point is the location which is near the Taj East side gate. We booked 2 deluxe AC rooms (although AC is not needed in winter but we thought that maintenance of AC rooms is generally kept better). But we found that:The room size was very small. The bathroom size was extra small. No water bottles provided. No tea kettle. No hot water in the bathroom. Broken electricity socket. No night bulb. The bedsheet had multiple holes. My recent stay at Hotel Taj Stay left much to be desired. The service was disappointingly slow, with a lack of responsiveness from the staff to my requests. The room, unfortunately, fell short of expectations, showing signs of poor maintenance and cleanliness issues. Additionally, the amenities mentioned on were either unavailable or in poor condition. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory
