Room size not worth for the prize paid...bathroom door was not getting locked ......whennyou visit a five star property your expectations are smooth stay...but here everything u need to call.. ok ok.

great location, amazing breakfast & service staff was excellent, dinner was just like having no option after paying for it and the dinner staff was not that welcoming

stay is average.. trident or taj are much better...food is below average. swimming pool is too deep for kids- 4.8 feet.. also, they don't provide any swimming gears, no tubes or floaters for kids.. i would not be going there next time for sure . small indoor play area..

hospitality is at the top notch justifying the essence of tata.restaurant was not only serving the best taste food but was delivering an ultimate experience. the restaurant elevated our experience with his charm and friendliness. and, a big thanks for making our stay awesome with lovely surprises.
