they denied our booking and asked to shift another hotel which was very bad. when I asked for bumla permit they insisted us to go by their taxi or pay 10k if you want to take your car. stay away from this property because when you reach here they will shift you to another hotel.

It was not welcoming, plus they charged me 10% extra to deliver food in the room, he denied to provide complementary breakfast but when I had shown the booking document to him he said we provide only one Pratha in the breakfast with tea, I mean that is so cheap. Bumla pass Permit is made for 100 rs but he charged me 550 for that. I mean he could have asked 100-200 extra but the manager of the hotel was so cheap.

The hotel is in the middle of the town. The room was clean .hot water is available. Thanks for arranging a bum pass and a rented vehicle.But in such a cold place like you have to pay 250/- per day for a room heater which sounds like a generator. No free breakfast is available. Hot water kettle is not available in the room and each time you need go out to reception to ask for anything as the intercom not functioning.Added to that due to pine tree flooring there was an unpleasant smell and I was using a room freshener. the mattress and bedding provided were very very Old.
