hotel manager have no manners to talk my booking was with breakfast and he refused to give the breakfast ask for additional charges when I show him booking invoice which is clearly mentioned breakfast included he say talk to Goibibo when I call customer support he refused to talk Goibibo customer support and say when I have call on my hotel no i will talk now this time he play one more game that hotel no as pr Goibibo record is "mera bada manager saab h or vo phone nhi uthyga" and it happens th ...more

hotel is in renovation mode all dust on steps, steps are so steep to climb, no lift, no water, no options in breakfast for kids, fan not working, tv remote & ac remote not working

intercom not working, lift was not working condition, on 5 floor our room was. in booking we were provided single room with 4 person but on counter 2 rooms were given.. pathetic.. room were dirty.. reception is ok but night staff was rude..

Charges apply for waters per bottle 33 rupees. But out side only 12 or 20 rupees only for same bottle water. The hotel fully coved in dust due to construction they didn't clean the room. We all have dust allergy. Fan wos not working properly and making disturbing sound.we cant sleep good.there were no towel in the room. Not recommended
