good stay, hotel people very helpful, kartick is always available. availed cab service. rooms are little small but ac, geyser, fan works fine. full toiletry kit given. attached cafeteria and restaurant prepare clean, tasty food. very near to jambukeshwar temple and sriranganatha. autos easily available.
Hotel located in heart of city, clean. Geyser and ac is there. Nearby eateries are there.

Restaurant and food is good. Rooms are normal and not worth for the cost. Hard water in bathroom. Will not have the satisfaction of bathing or washing face.
Towels provided are neat and clean.
Security didn't come forward to help us carry the luggage from parking to reception, though the parking is in the basement. No lift facility

I checked in at 9 pm. We were given two rooms at basement. The entire floor was smelling very bad. Rooms are small. AC was ordinary. No towels, toiletries were given. They charged 40 for two bottles of water. Since we were very tired, we didn't want to waste our time in argument. I have never had this kind of bad experience earlier. Car parking space is very less. Total waste

my room number is #301.... This room had water leak on the wall, otherwise nothing to complain about....I hope the management will fix this in future bookings....Thank you....

It is a very very ordinary hotel for the amount they charge.. hotels in smaller towns for the same rate offer better services.. there is only one guy in reception who is handling both restaurant bills and hotel check-in. staff were good, we cannot blame them.. but do not get deceived by hotel photos you see while booking... it is very ordinary hotel and I will not suggest if you are staying with family .. only advantage is they have a good veg restaurant and it is very near to both Thiruvanaika ...more

awesome stay room well acquipped with geyser air conditioning working well restaurant food was superb at reasonable prices one and only disadvantage is hotel not having elevator so i give 4.5/5
