I stayed at Hotel Thamburu International for one night, and my experience was highly disappointing. The hotel is significantly overpriced and fails to provide value for the money spent. For the same price, I could have stayed at a far better hotel in the surrounding area with superior amenities and service.
The most frustrating aspect of my stay was with breakfast. Despite my booking clearly including breakfast, the hotel staff provided only a single plate dosa and a cup of coffee. Such a limited offering is entirely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be a four-star establishment.

first of all this is not 4 star hotel. they even don't have buffet breakfast and they are serving the breakfast in room and even they can't give bread butter in breakfast. Atleast this facility we can get in any 2 star hotel, I don't know how they are claiming 4 start property.

I would not recommend any one.The cleanliness is bad. The connectivity from main road is bad because of road construction. There is no breakfast as other hotels have. Totally waste of money. I booked suit but totally waste

Worst hotel, very bad experience. Very unpleasant stay. Non cooperative hotel staff. Ac not working , the staff did not even provide an alternate option.

My recent hotel stay was exceptionally disappointing. Despite the hefty price tag of nearl for three rooms over three days, the level of service fell far short of expectations. Here are a few incidents:1. Upon arrival at 4 pm, the air conditioning worked until 8:30 pm, but then ceased until 10:30 pm due to a KSEB issue. Hotel and room is nice and comfortable..Only negative point is if you opt for room with breakfast,they don't have buffet for it and when asked for options they don't give much choice.Also,they bring food from outside and most of the items are not available.
Suggestion is to not opt for food in the hotel.Better to go to nearby restaurents as many good options are available.
Service staff is not at all supportive and if you call them..they will just disconnect the calls in between of discussion.

The experience was delighful. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. Clean washrooms and comfortable beds. The room service is quick including food and the staff are always ready to assist. The reception staff especially Ms. Jyothika were very helpful. Location of the hotel is excellent. Will only stay here in future visits
