I have stayed in this hotel many times and my experience has been good every time. This hotel is very clean and is at a prime location and the staff is also very good

the rooma are very dirty and smelly you can't go inside the toilet as they are not clean by everyday and the service of breakfast is also very bed if you order something they bring that order after one and half hour and while this you have to make call on reception again and again because they don't attend the call and if they attend they don't take it seriously

well maintained hotel and the best part is food , food is very tasty and perfectly served.. As we have take the flight next day.. the location of the hotel Thames is very comfortable and convenient for us … And special thanks to Mr.Sumit for very cooperative behaviour.
