Worst hotel ever1. Heater wasn't working,2. Cockroaches in bed.3. No telephone to call room service. Once must use their cellphones to call the reception and get service. 4. Room smells cigar smoke5. 22 inches TV to be viewed with binoculars.6. High priced food. Worst experience !!!!!!!

We left a gold jewellery in the room by mistake, when we came back that evening, it was still there. So amenities and outlook of the hotel may not be great, but the people working there are reliable. A word of advice to the employees, they should be warm and friendly. Smile once in a while, it makes a big difference to us travellers ;)

The hotel is easily accessible, I reached it late at midnight but still got to check-in properly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is polite.
