    Hotel room was so small in size without any ventilation, I alone stayed there for 2 days and requested the reception person to change some other room, but no response. Even they didn't provide a kettle in room. am not satisfied with their service. as of poor service I have shifted to another hitel

    The room was neat and clean, the bed can be better. The whole cot slides when you rest on the head rest behind. And the mattress can be better it's either old or been used way too many times.

    The rooms are very tiny and dirty. Found hair and dirty sheets. Cant sit in the commode in the bathroom as its so close to the wall. Loud noise by staff at night by opening and closing the door. Pathetic.

    It was really very worst the lock in the room wasn't working totally unsafe for female to stay. I checked in at 10.30pm and checked out at 11.00pm then think about the condition of the ambience and my mental fear of staying in that hotel for the whole night totally upset. Just stayed for 1/2 hr and couldn't even stay for tat half an hr too.

    We wanted a stay close to the highway. Acacia had two properties, one close and the other about 6 kms. We weren’t aware of two properties. My search showed the one far from highway and took us lot of time to get to the hotel. But for the location it’s pretty good place for stay. I have to particularly mention the services which was very good.
